Day Habilitation:

Provides individual assistance and support in the acquisition, retention, or improvement in daily living, social contexts, self-help, and other adaptive skills. Intended outcomes include increased competency in activities of daily living, positive self image, and enhanced social interactions. The staff to recipient ratio is 1:3. This service is designed to provide support to individuals with severe and profound challenges.
